No really, snowboarding everyday IS hard work...

so week three is already over - time is flying by. We had our first freestyle lesson yesterday and I landed my first 180 in the morning - I then spent most of the afternoon not being able to do them. practice makes perfect as they say. they also say if at first you don't suceed then don't try skydiving. they also said the world was flat and the moon was made of cheese so you can't really rely on anything anyone says!

For all you people that think this is a doss course then i would like to point out it is a lot of hard work, espically know we are learning to teach.

after the wonderful snow we had in the first week the temperature has decoided to drop to - 40 then it was above 0 on wednesday and now i think it is getting colder again - this means that we have no snow and the snow we do have is rock hard ice in the morning and slush in the afternoon - ona plus note we do have blue skys - I would happily change blue sky for more powder though.

the amazing cough / cold is making its way towards its thrid week in the house which we are all really excited about!

there are three course like Base Camp in Lake louise / banff, the first is International Academy - known as International Arseholes, the second is One Stop known as Can't Stop and Base Camp known as Basically Camp, so its good that the dislike of each other has boiled down to mock rivalry

I think thats about it for the moment, the computer man is meant to be coming today so hopefully the wireless will be working on my laptop by the end of the day - Harrah!

anyway take it easy
Peace and loving

J
